.To inquire about the hotel, rates and reservations, please fill out the
inquiry form.We are sorry, but we can not accept faxes.

If the room which you requested is still available, we will accept as a tentative reservation once.
After that, we will send to you a separate email with a form for you to complete with your credit card details.
To ensure and hold a room (one night of charge) for you a credit card is required. So please let it us know within 24 hours.
As soon as we receive your credit card information,
we will notify you to verify your credit card details and finalize your reservation.
We will also send you conformation of your accommodation details with your reservation number.

Also you are able to pay it by the PAYPAL.
The day and the type of room you requested won’t be possible to change. Even so you want to change your reservation, please cancel it and make new one.

Please be aware that under our cancellation policies, after your
reservation is confirmed, the fees for the first night are used to guarantee your room, and are non-refundable.

We accept reservation for at least 3 nights .

After reservation of the room.

1. We will charge you for one night's stay if you cancel.
2. we will charge you for 50% of your total stay if you cancel before 10 days of your arrival date.
3.We will charge you for 100% of your total stay if you cancel before 3 days (72Hours)of your arrival date.
